Affirmative counselling and psychotherapy in Shoreditch and North London

Many of us struggle with everyday life without being able to understand why, or see a way through. We might be stuck on a specific challenge that we can’t move past. We may be experiencing feelings of loss or isolation despite being surrounded by people.

Counselling can give you an opportunity to be heard, to be seen and to work through various difficulties without judgement, in a way that you may not be able to elsewhere in your life.

I can help you begin your therapy journey

I’m a qualified therapist based in Shoreditch and North London, providing Humanistic Integrative counselling for clients with a wide range of presenting issues.

I have experience of working with clients experiencing various difficulties, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, low mood, bereavement, trauma, illness, low self-esteem, relationship or family issues, gender identity, sexuality, sexual abuse, loneliness, work-related stress, grief and feeling stuck.

Every person is unique, so I take an individual approach with each client. I am respectful and compassionate in my approach and I’m committed to helping you understand your experiences, heal from past trauma and live your life in the most meaningful way possible.

Counselling sessions online and face to face

I work both online (Zoom) with people all over the UK and Europe. I also provide in-person sessions at Aashna in north London (North Finchley) and Therapy Space East in Shoreditch.

Who do I work with?

I have experience of working with clients of all ages, backgrounds and experiences, and I welcome anyone to get in touch about working together. I have a particular interest in working with young adults, millennials and Gen Z.

I have a keen interest in work-related stress and workplace mental health, in addition to mental health in high performance sport.

I aim to provide culturally sensitive, inclusive and affirmative therapy with all clients, regardless of how they experience and present to the world - you don’t have to be anyone but yourself.

If you are neurodivergent or have any type of disability and require adaptations to be made, I would encourage you to let me know so that I can consider how to ensure your needs are met.
