About Me
I am a London-based, qualified Humanistic Integrative counsellor PG.Dip (MBACP). In addition to my private practice, I have experience of working in NHS and bereavement counselling services.
I am part of the Aashna community of counsellors and psychotherapists and I am committed to embracing difference and individuality in my counselling practice.
I have a keen interest in mental health in elite sport, and have undertaken a Sports Psychotherapy training. I am also very interested in work-related stress and workplace mental health.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I abide by their code of ethics and work to their strict professional standards.
My clinical work is fully insured and professionally supervised in accordance with BACP guidelines.
I hold my in-person counselling sessions in East London and North London
Face to face sessions are conducted in warm, light consulting rooms, which are comfortable and discreet. I see clients on weekdays, including some evenings - all sessions are by appointment only.
East London location: I provide face to face counselling at Therapy Space East, 2 Blackall Street, Shoreditch, London EC2A 4AD.
The closest stations are Old Street (5 minute walk), Shoreditch High Street (8 minute walk) and Liverpool Street (10 minute walk).
North London location: I also hold sessions at Aashna Counselling and Psychotherapy, 1 Castle Mews, London N12 9EH.
The closest stations are Woodside Park (8 minute walk) and North Finchley Bus Station (3 minute walk)
