Counselling sessions in Shoreditch, North London and online

It is not always easy to know how many talking therapy sessions will be helpful for you, until we begin. Once we have had our initial session and I understand a bit more about what may be going on for you, we will agree whether to work together on a short-term basis or take a longer-term approach.

I recommend starting with a minimum of ten sessions, to ensure you have the space to explore what brought you to therapy in the first place.

Each session will cost £75. Sessions last for 50 minutes and will take place once a week at a fixed time, which is agreed in advance. I offer a limited number of sessions at a concessionary rate - please contact me to discuss this further.

I work both online (Zoom) and in-person. I hold face-to-face sessions at Therapy Space East in Shoreditch and Aashna in North London (N12).

What to expect in the first session

I understand that you may feel anxious before the first session, but I will work with you to manage those feelings and help you feel comfortable.

During our first session, I will ask you some brief questions about your history and current lifestyle, so that I can begin to better understand you and your experience, and build a picture about how we may work together.
